My mechanical swiss chronographs
My love for the VALJOUX 7733 vintage swiss made chronograph watches started 3 years ago when i bought my very first piece from a vintage shop. Ever since, I've been collecting these watches from time to time.
Now the population for these watches of mine grew to about 30 pieces. Around 20 pieces are with me now and the rest are still with my watch repairman awaiting full servicing and restoration to give them a new lease of life.
Happy to share with all chronograph watch lovers and anyone else who apprieciates the fine art of mechanical watch making.

I wish to see todays Precimax models
I have two watches equiped with the famous swiss caliber Valjoux 7733. The oldest is an GHC, and the new is a Baumier, with a new edition (rare) of the 7733 caliber.
Watches always adds personality. Luxury watches can be acquired at great prices if you know where to look. Look for a wide range of Chronograph at substantial discounts and you won't be disappointed.

Hi everyone,
I'm new to this forum, but I am in the process of buying a Baumier chronograph with a Valjoux 7733 movement. I've been told by the German seller(Uhren-schmuk-suche)that this is a old stock 1970s swiss made watch with a genuine valjoux movement.
However, I have not been able to find any info on Baumier as a company. I even contacted the Swiss federation of watchmakers, who knew nothing about Baumier, other than that the company was registered in 2006 by a private individual.
Does anyone have any information on Baumier(phone number/website), or do you know the history of this company? Does anyone have experience of what their watches are like - are they genuine swiss made quality watches with genuine valjoux movement?
Many thanks for your help!
Fantastic Collection! Beautiful watches! This is my favorite swiss caliber too, but I have only three pieces. Tks.
Question - Where is a good place to find these watches - Ive been looking everywhere?
glad I found your site ! Also a big fan of this watch calibre , great pics and info ! Keep up the good work !
